w@sh offers online booking. Simple. Convenient. Be sure to store your card on file for our contactless checkout.
PAYMENT
w@sh is cashless. We accept all major credit cards & require a card on file to reserve appointments.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Out of respect for your stylist’s time, we require 48 hours notice for cancellation/rescheduling. Cancellation under 48 hours results in a charge equal to 50% of the price for time scheduled. Cancellations and/or No Shows on the day of your reserved session are charged full price for the time scheduled. Late arrival may also result in a fee. The card on file will be charged accordingly.
PARKING
We are always excited to welcome new guests! We offer street parking, or you may utilize the municipal parking lot behind our building. Our salon offers a street-facing entrance located at 303 West Washington St.
COMMITMENT TO STRESS-FREE SAFETY
You will feel safe and relaxed while enjoying your experience here at w@sh. To help us create a tranquil space for you, as well as other clients, please silence your cell phone and attend your salon sessions alone. We love kids and families, but we also love safety and relaxation! If they do not have a scheduled session, please make other arrangements for your family members. We know you understand and appreciate this. Thank you!

We want every guest to leave loving their service. If you are ever not completely satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of your service. While w@sh does not offer refunds, we do create a plan to resolve the issue. Each scenario is unique, and we will do our best to come up with a solution you will be happy with. No matter which stylist you book with, you will experience a “Best in Class” service — you’ll feel amazing inside and out when you leave our salon!
